ECC Series · Ultra-High Ductility Concrete
RENQIANG Construction offers a complete ECC material system from fiber masterbatch and specialty admixture to pre-blended mix, covering applications such as bridges, tunnels, hydraulic works, municipal works and industrial buildings, with customized mix design to project requirements.
Material Composition
- A · Fiber masterbatch: PVA fibers pre-blended with a dedicated admixture to control fiber dispersion and interfacial bonding, governing the ductility and crack count of the material.
- B · Specialty admixture: cement, fly ash, silica fume and fine aggregate are blended by gradation to ensure matrix density, flowability and dimensional stability.
- A+B · Pre-blended mix: mixed on site in the specified ratio and stirred with water before use, with no special mixing equipment, suited to normal site conditions.
